Yes, we often need to take a break; a break from the routine chaos, a break from the daily struggles, a break from the lifeless tasks. And hence we made a trip. A trip to one of the most serene sites I have ever been. Our early morning journey first ended up in Palaruvi, our first destination. The waterfalls soothed our mind as it soothed our bodies. We played in water until all our worries abandoned us to find their place in nature. We were no longer the mature, responsible and ever answerable adults, but the silly, immature and irresponsible kids who find happiness in the little moments of life. Then, after the lunch, we headed to Thenmala, our next location. The boating, of course, was something never to be forgotten, for it gave us inexplicable peace of mind and a sublime level of happiness.
